Hosts were very helpful in making sure we could find the place easily. There was lots of lovely attention to detail. Games to play .Milk had been left for us in the fridge so we could have a cuppa. Really cosy atmosphere when we walked in fairy lights and lamps had been turned on. Shower was nice and hot the bed was extra comfy. Not a single complaint . Might benefit from a matt as you walk in though the door matt outside was very wet from the snow/ rain we didn't want to walk wet shoes in. Wonderful stay .

Loved the decor and the little touches- the lights and the furniture were magical. It was honestly the perfect place to stay. I wish we didn’t have a weekend full of activities planned so we could have just stayed there all weekend! The bathroom was lush and the shower amazing. The kitchen had everything you needed and more. Sitting outside on an evening was my favourite thing to do! We’ll be back!!!

This was the perfect place to relax and recharge after 10 days on the road. Our hosts Victoria and Geoffrey were charming and the equestrian vibe relaxing. Excellent breakfast and designated sitting room. Meeting local colourful characters is always fun, and we were not disappointed. The farmhouse dates back to 1776 and the original exposed timber featured throughout. The nearby Rattlebone Inn was an ideal dinner venue. For those lucky enough to time their trip for harvest time, the acres of sunflowers were magnificent. We should have stayed longer.

In a peaceful countryside location, only 11 km from Bath, these beautifully converted farm buildings offer self catering cottages and en suite rooms with their own separate entrance. Very nice cosy clean cottage in a nice small village. Lovely hospitable owners
