Very tastefully and originally renovated old farmhouse located in the midst of the hilly Hohenlohe countryside. Great region for hiking and biking. Pittoresque Rotenburg ob der Tauber, Mergentheim, Schwäbisch Hall in the vicinity as well as the beautiful valleys of the rivers Tauber, Jagst, Kocher and Altmühl. Excellent host. Large, well equipped kitchen with common space.
Attentive and polite staff. From the outside the building looks magnificent- a good mix of an old farmhouse with a modern annex building. 1-star restaurant - good food, all well prepared and presented. Dog-friendly.
Our stay in Blumbauernhof was real pleasure. The apartment, farm and its sorrounding are outstanding. Owners think two steps ahead what would make visit more comfortable and attractive for their guests. Very inspiring place.
Really great property. The room was perfect. Spacious, but at the same time the old farmhouse style gives a very cozy feeling.
Beautiful location surrounded by spectacular nature just outside the town of Simonswald. Old farmhouse with modern & spacious rooms. Fantastic restaurant with exceptional host. Check in/out super easy. Breakfast was plentiful with made-to-order-eggs, as well as a breakfast buffet. The in-house restaurant serves regional dishes, which are made fresh and taste absolutely delicious. Free parking on site. Easy access to many hiking trails just steps away from the hotel. Highly recommend. Will stay here again this summer.
A wonderful farmhouse with welcoming hosts in all respects. Great hiking and site seeing in the neighborhood and wonderfully quiet at night. Definitely worth going there again.
1. Out of nowhere quiet farmhouse setting with cows, pigs, dogs, cats, rabbits and chicken. 2. The simple, helpful, extremely energetic superwoman owner lady. She and her daughter helped us even with fixing our flat tyre. 3. Clean apartment with all the basic amenities.
Very specious, spotless clean and well equipped apartment in a renovated village/farm house. Separate entrance so lots of privacy, and a specious shared garden and terrace. Very nice host, English speaking. The apartment offered call drinks, beer and wine in the fridge (for a small cost). Breakfast is optional. Pets are welcome. Overall great stay and great value for money :-)
we liked our stay in nicely renovated farm house with modern spatious rooms, free parking, and kind owner. alhough we stayed only overnight, would stay again.
