The room was clean and confortable. location is great as is close distance to all the activities we wanted to do( parque del cafe, Panaca, Salento, termales de Santa Rosa de Cabal, etc). The grounds were very nice with a good pool and restaurant area. Some other guests were having a 15th birthday party for a girl (a significant event in Colombia) and kindly invited me to join them - I had a nice punch and piece of cake. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Colombian's are some of the most accommodating and gracious people I've encountered in my travels to 60 countries.
