The flower garden with views of the Andean foothills is very pleasant and the hammock patio that surrounds the house is a great place to relax. If you want a place to stay that feels like you're welcomed into a nice rural home then this is a great option. There is also a pair of modest outdoor bar/restaurants a short walk away for watching the sunset or looking at the lights of Manizales.

We could see all the way to Manizales from the property! Our kids spent hours playing on the swing set, playing soccer, playing billiards, and swimming in the pool. In the evenings we watched Netflix in the room. The staff were so helpful and friendly, and Carolina, the host, went above and beyond to make sure our stay was memorable. She even took us on a tour of the coffee farm for a reasonable fee. We learned so much, had fun, and got to taste different varieties of amazing coffee! We ate every item on the menu at the on-site restaurant, and each was deliciously prepared by Lilianna, who adapted items for a vegetarian family member, and was so patient with our poor Spanish. We were very comfortable in our big room and the beds we so comfortable, when sharing with our kids we couldn't tell when they were rolling over. We slept, ate, and spent time well at Villa Clara. Highly recommended!

There is a restaurant serving local cuisine, and free private parking is available. the site is gorgeous, a typical coffee area house. The room was clean and confortable. location is great as is close distance to all the activities we wanted to do( parque del cafe, Panaca, Salento, termales de Santa Rosa de Cabal, etc). Breakfast is very good and plenty.
