Dom and Hans were the most congenial of hosts. They were there to welcome us and give a concise run-down on the facilities and local attractions. A copy of anything we needed to know was immediately sent to us on WhatsApp. The views were extraordinary, taking in over 180deg of the Knysna waters where five rivers converge on the sea. The continental breakfast was a feast that changed each day. The room was modern with quality furnishings and everything needed for a stay. We have travelled a lot individually and together, and both agree this is the best B&B we have ever stayed in.

Everything about the house, location and amenities. The house is as in the pictures. Spacious, warm, there is just a lot to say about the house. Martin, the host, is very welcoming and always ready to help with anything. A bubbly character also. Strode house is the best, must say.

Breakfast every morning was a pleasure, not only because of the excellent breakfast, but especially the information Johan gave about the area and the country. Ask him a question, all the facts , and he has an answer. I learned a lot from him about this beautiful country. If I will come to this area again I would definitely book a stay with Paradise Found again. No doubt about it. I thought I had taken photos of the accommodation, but I seem to have forgotten. I do have a picture of the stunning sunrise view.

Cambalala is a luxury guest house ideally situated in Paradise with magnificent views over the Knysna lagoon. A little piece of paradise with an attentive and warm hospitality... just great!
