Everything about the house, location and amenities. The house is as in the pictures. Spacious, warm, there is just a lot to say about the house. Martin, the host, is very welcoming and always ready to help with anything. A bubbly character also. Strode house is the best, must say.

Het Paradise Found biedt uitzicht op de lagune van Knysna, en ligt aan het einde van een rustige doodlopende straat, op 2 km van het centrum van Knsyna en het Waterfront. Het uitzicht is prachtig. De eigenaren Johan en Dirkie zijn ontzettend aardige mensen en doen echt hun best het verblijf zo prettig mogelijk te maken. Dikke pluspunt was dat het heerlijke ontbijt elke ochtend geserveerd werd op het balkon van onze kamer, mooier kon niet! Kamer is heel netjes en schoon. Het doet werkelijk zijn naam eer aan, het is een paradise!

Parkes Manor is een klassiek, historisch huis op 2 km van de kust van Knysna en biedt een buitenzwembad en een gezellige lounge en bar. Nice house with beautiful view and territory) Breakfast also very good)

6 On Protea ligt aan de Tuinroute, op slechts 5 minuten rijden van het centrum van Knysna. Het biedt een panoramisch uitzicht op de lagune van Knysna en de Heads. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing and very filling. The room was far away from others such that I could work and the room had everything you could need: kettle, microwave, mini fridge and an array of different cutlery if you want to braai (which they provide as well). It was lovely sitting in the garden, watching the lagoon and listening to the birds.

Double Dutch biedt logies en ontbijt in Knysna en kijkt uit op de lagune van Knysna. De accommodatie ligt in een grote tuin en beschikt over een buitenbad. Where to start! My father and I loved everything about this property: from the owners (I cannot stress enough how heartwarming they are!), to the staff, to the amazing location, the view, the facilities, the room. When you arrive, you immediately get greeted by two very friendly smiling faces. Klaske and Nathalie make you feel straight at home. We weren’t too sure what to do in Knysna, but within 10mins, Klaske had already booked our activity for the next day, and had booked a fantastic restaurant for dinner. We also had some laundry we wanted to wash and had missed the daily pick-up, but there again, we were given a wonderful recommendation for a laundrette in the area (laundry was done within 24H and this during Christmas time). Breakfast was always a treat as both Nathalie and Klaske are there to greet and interact with their guests. And when we were lounging by the pool, Nathalie came around to ask us whether we needed anything. The atmosphere is very familiar and homely - like a home away from home (which is exactly what my father and me needed). Our stop in Knysna and ultimately our stay at Double wDutch is our favourite of our whole Garden Route trip and we cannot wait to go back. Cambalala is een luxe pension op een ideale locatie in het Paradijs met een prachtig uitzicht over de lagune van Knysna. Alles was perfect, super mooi verblijf, hele fijne plek en lieve mensen
