With an outdoor pool facing the Indian Ocean, Protea Hotel Knysna has spectacular views of the Knysna Lagoon. The stylishly decorated rooms have free WiFi and satellite TV. The staff where very friendly, breakfast was great. Have stayed here many times and it hasn't changed and love the location.

Service from Mrs Busi was the best, helpful, she even came to the car to greet us, and when we left she came to say goodbye at the car. What a great person she is to to be so kind to people.
