The general manager, Mr. Yash, went over and beyond to ensure a perfect stay in Knysna! An exceptional hospitality, warm and welcoming. Knysna faced a temporary cut of water supply, and Mr. Yash made sure this wouldn't affect our stay.

With an outdoor pool facing the Indian Ocean, Protea Hotel Knysna has spectacular views of the Knysna Lagoon. The stylishly decorated rooms have free WiFi and satellite TV. 港の飲食店にも近い立地で、ホテル周辺の散策にも出かけやすく、夕食にも全く困らなかった。朝食も大変おいしかった。チェックイン・チェックアウト共にスムーズだった。部屋も十分広く快適に過ごせた。

Rooms very clean and well serviced. Staff very helpful. Location was great for us and great value for money with breakfast included (self serve cereals, juice, tea/coffee and yoghurt followed by selection from the hot breakfast menu).

We loved the location and interior design of this apartment. It is definitely in the top 3 of nicest accommodations we stayed at in South Africa. Located at walking distance from the Waterfront and just a really nice apartment to 'come home' to and relax. We highly recommend. The self check in process makes it easy to choose your own arrival time, which we very much appreciated.

There’s so much space and the location is perfect. Urs was very responsive and allowed us to park our car inside the building after check out for a few more hours. Really perfect stay!

This is the second time we have stayed (first time in the boma). Both units are lovely and the boma is a little bigger and more spacious. Everything works and I can't fault either accommodation options. Location is convenient and everything is clean, neat and tidy. We will definitely be back again.
