With an outdoor pool facing the Indian Ocean, Protea Hotel Knysna has spectacular views of the Knysna Lagoon. The stylishly decorated rooms have free WiFi and satellite TV. The hotel is on the waterfront which made the visit very easy. Most amenities were provided for. The swimming pool was lovely with tepid water.

Two of Knysna's most well-known hospitality brands, The Knysna Log-Inn Hotel and Graywood Hotel, have merged. The hotel was lovely, and the rooms were nice, clean and spacious. Breakfast was provided and the food and service was excellent.

Rooms very clean and well serviced. Staff very helpful. Location was great for us and great value for money with breakfast included (self serve cereals, juice, tea/coffee and yoghurt followed by selection from the hot breakfast menu).

Really amazing apartment! Highly recommended. Urs is a great host and everything was well communicated and explained. Bravo!
