The room was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully decorated, offering top-notch amenities and a very comfortable bed. Dining at the hotel's restaurant was a highlight, with delicious food and outstanding service. The well-maintained facilities, including the fitness center and pool, added to the luxurious experience. Overall, this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Johannesburg

From the moment we were dropped off in front of the hotel until we left, we felt very well cared for. Staff went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Shepherd at the front desk was extremely helpful in getting us an early check-in and assisting when our ore-paid shuttle to the airport did not arrive on time. The rooms were very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious! The location is perfect - an easy walk to lots of restaurants and shops. My 89 year old Dad decided to buy some cigars and staff walked with him to a cigar shop. He was confused by the exchange rate and bought 10 cigars at $10 each. After realizing what he had done, he went to the front desk for help. They called the shop to try to get him a refund but he had smoked one of the cigars already and they would not take the rest back.

It was so spacious and clean, everything was in full bloom so the flowers and tall trees were much appreciated, and Gloria and Angie were so kind and accommodating. Highly recommend!
