A recently renovated property, Seaside 9 - Modern Studio with Balcony and Ocean View is located in Cape Town near Three Anchor Bay Beach, Rocklands Beach and Mouille Point Beach. Perfect location right across the road from the Seapoint promenade. The apartment had everything we needed and more. The host was communicative and gave us clear and easy instructions for checkin and checkout. The apartment was pristine and clean and the decor and aesthetic was gorgeous. Walking distance from a number of restaurants with a Woolworths just around the corner. We loved our stay and will definitely book again. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to stay in and around Seapoint.

We had a great time staying here! The apartment is really well-equipped, modern and clean and the location was perfect – safe and super convenient. The whole place felt cozy and welcoming. We felt really comfortable and would definitely stay again!

There was place for the whole family. The house is situated close to the beach, restaurants and grocery stores. Kathy, the housekeeper was very friendly and very helpful. We will definitely make use of the house again.
