This intimate hotel has a central-yet-peaceful location 2 km from the V&A Waterfront. It features a hot tub and a solar-heated swimming pool surrounded by a sun terrace. The room and hotel in general exceeded my expectations. Close to several bus lines and maybe a 30min walk to the waterfront. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The room was very spacious with a great layout. The bathroom was also pretty big and clean. The breakfast in the communal area downstairs was superb and delicious- a great and tasty way to start the day. The staff was very friendly and helpful- definitely another plus!

The drinks and snacks were a great welcome amenity, as we arrived later at night. Pool looked nice for soaking but unfortunately we didn't have time b/c we were out and about in town. Would highly recommend!

LOVED this apartment and can't wait to stay here again when back in Cape Town. It's got great access to Seapoint, public transport and Cape Town CBD, but the best part was just how homely the apartment felt. Immaculately decorated, everything you need for a self catering stay. The host was friendly, helpful, responsive and thoughtful. Thank you! Highly recommended.

The apartment was fabulous and the location excellent quiet and safe but within easy walking distance from shops, restaurants and even the hoho bus. We particularly wish to commend Stanley Chikangara, the property manager, whose helpfulness was beyond belief. We rented a car and there was easy, protected parking on site. After a long trip we loved the excellent washer and dryer and the completely equipped kitchen. We would return in a heartbeat and would recommend heartily to any friend.
