Beautiful views, quiet, a lovely pool, good coffee, friendly kittens, huge bathtub, big soft beds. I'll be back as soon as I can. Outstanding vfm.

It is a bit far from the center but you have rental motorcycles and free bicycles. That it is somewhat remote is a plus point to relax and enjoy. They have helped us with recommendations of places, they sent us transportation to the airport, in short, I would definitely repeat.

The property provides free bikes (as of march 2024) and can rent motorbikes (we rented had a good condition honda visio). • Discovered a nice vegetarian restaurant nearby. • No insects.

Loved location--it was away from the main touristy area, in a neighborhood, and it was very easy to get Grabs into hoi an old town/anywhere else (they were about $2USD to get to hoi an old town). You can also rent a scooter from the host, or they have bikes you can use for free. Loved our rooms balcony overlooking the country, and biking around the rice fields in the morning . Baby mango is a restaurant nearby that's really good, and the driftwood village (also nearby) was really cool to look around. Breakfast was great each morning, so nice to have this included, and the host was super accommodating and responsive. Highly recommend!

Rice River Villa - Hoi An features an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a terrace and restaurant in Hoi An. This 3-star hotel offers room service and a tour desk. The hotel is beautifully clean and light and airy. The foyer where breakfast is served is relaxing and nice place to start your day. The free breakfast offered was beautifully plated and very generous portions. We had banh mi with omelette and Ly (the owner) also gave us fresh fruit as well. The rooms were very spacious and everything was spotless. The beds were super comfortable and the sheets smelt amazing. Ly and her mother Hoai were so hospitable and changed our sheets every day, even though we didn't ask, they only wanted us to feel comfortable. The hospitality overall is impeccable! The location is also ideal because it's only a 20 minute walk to the old town or a 10 minute grab and a 10 minute grab to the beach.
