The entire hotel is filled with beautiful smells from every corner with natural herbs like pandan leaves in the lift, cinnamon sticks in the wardrobe, etc. I'm not sure if the provided hotel soaps are natural, but they are amazing for my sensitive skin and doesn't have the usual labels to indicate they've taken it from another brand. Everything feels in-house, personal, and made with love. Rooms are extremely clean, hotel staff are incredibly helpful and sincere- a rare attribute these days. We had a guest waiting for us in the lobby and when they brought our welcome drinks upon check-in, they offered our guest too without us asking. The location's incredible- a short walk from the main street abuzz with cafes and restaurants in Thao Dien, and there's a cute store right across where you could ask for a coconut and sit in a tranquil lane (rare in hcmc) to sip it slowly, watching the cats and dogs go by. Definitely recommended!
