When we first arrived at the hotel all the staff were so welcoming. It felt like we had a family with Danny, Felix, Jenny, Lovey, Mia, Daisy and Lilly. If I missed anyone I apologise, Breakfast was outstanding for the price. The range was great and the service was wonderful from Daisy and Lilly. The entire staff could not be more helpful. The service was amazing.

Siisti ja tasokas hotelli erittäin hyvällä sijainnilla. Palvelu erinomaista; taifuunin takia suunnitelmat muuttuivat pariinkin otteeseen ja mm. Sapan reissu peruuntui yllättäen tulvien vuoksi, todella ystävällinen henkilökunta järjesti nopealla aikataululla uuden huoneen heti aamusta. Aamupala todella hyvä ja kattava, perus buffetin lisäksi kokki valmistaa toiveiden mukaan kaikenlaista omeletista pannukakkuihin. Huoneessa ei mitään moitittavaa, hiljainen ja mukava. Henkilökunnalle erityiskiitos todella ystävällisestä ja iloisesta palvelusta!

I have been impressed by the professionalism and kindness of the staff, the comfort of the room and the very large bed, and the quality of the breakfast. I rate this hotel as a good four-star hotel by European standards. It is conveniently located at the heart of the Old Quarter and its interiors are elegantly inspired by colonial times. I will definitely come back to Casa dos Principes on my next trip to Hanoi.

Comfortable beds and the breakfast is one of the delicious I’ve had in a Vietnam hotel. Brian is an absolute delight, always bursting with good energy and is so helpful. Sophia is sweet and is very helpful as well. We wished we stayed longer since we only stayed for one night with them.

Boasting a terrace, a restaurant as well as a bar, Amira Hotel Hanoi is set in the centre of Hanoi, 300 metres from Hanoi Old City Gate. With a central location, near Hoan Kiem Lake and the old town. Using the services here, I am very well taken care of, and the staff is very enthusiastic and supportive. Clean room with enough space. The bed is very comfortable, which is good for quite and sleep in. Support for early check-in and luggage storage. I think it's ok to find a hotel like this for a mid-range price.

Conveniently situated in the centre of Hanoi, Salute Premium Hotel & Spa features 4-star accommodation close to Hanoi Old City Gate and St. Joseph Cathedral. The staff were excellent. They were so kind and helpful. They informed us about all of the highlights in area as soon as we got there Breakfast was quite good. Definitely recommend it.

The staff were great. Location was very good, 5 mins away from old quarter so close but not too close and hence not noisy.
