The location could not be better with so many things to see and do nearby. The young ladies at reception were the best! Lilly, Tracy, and Haley provided much more than hospitality, offering the standard tourist options for guests, but also offering more thoughts and suggestions based on personal experiences. We had some nice conversations with them, and Lily even encouraged us yo try a local specialty rice dish that she had actually purchased for her mother. They were real people treating us as real people.

I am recommending this hotel those who are visiting the Hanoi Old Quarters. It is very near to Night market and Hoin Kem lake. If we go again to Hanoi this hotel will be my first choice.
