Hotel located right across the road from a huge shopping center. Close to the beach. Especially suitable for sleeping and walking. Clean, comfortable hotel. Breakfast is okay (with vegetables and fruits). Excellent location for those looking for shopping and lots of pubs and restaurants on the street. This area is better than the old city and the port. A newer area is more modern and more sympathetic.

Vivaldi Hotel Loft Punta Carretas offers elegant rooms with modern amenities, free WiFi access and contemporary décor in Montevideo. A nice hotel. It had everything we needed. Breakfast was good, lots to choose from. The area is really nice as well, I recommend staying in Punta Carretas. We had a special request and we were helped by a lovely manager, Ahmed - thank you again, we really appreciate it. Thank you for the perfect stay!:)

The highlight of the hotel is the pool on the roof with an amazing view. The spa area including a small warm pool and two saunas is also nice. Even though one sauna did not work during our stay. The room is fine and wifi worked well. Breakfast was all right.

The staff was very friendly amd helpful, the rooms were clean and the bed was really comfortable. The room I stayed was spacious and had a good view of the neighborhood and the river. The location was good, surrounded by cafes, restaurants and a shopping mall. It is a bit far from the old city but it is a safe and beautiful neighborhood and it was easy to go around. The breakfast was OK, too.

Pocitos Plaza offers accommodation in upscale Pocitos, 5 minutes from central Montevideo and only 400 metres from the beach. Free Wi-Fi is provided, and private parking is available for a fee. The hotel has a very good infrastructure, the staff very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast, the hotel provides an afternoon snack, which I found it great. The location was very good. The hotel has a gym and a sauna!! My experience was very pleasant, I totally recommend.
