Hotel located right across the road from a huge shopping center. Close to the beach. Especially suitable for sleeping and walking. Clean, comfortable hotel. Breakfast is okay (with vegetables and fruits). Excellent location for those looking for shopping and lots of pubs and restaurants on the street. This area is better than the old city and the port. A newer area is more modern and more sympathetic.

Staff and breakfast were excellent, although this hotel is located a bit far from the city centre, I would highly recommend it.

A nice hotel. It had everything we needed. Breakfast was good, lots to choose from. The area is really nice as well, I recommend staying in Punta Carretas. Featuring an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre, and a spa, Dazzler by Wyndham Montevideo offers free WiFi and buffet breakfasts in Montevideo. The highlight of the hotel is the pool on the roof with an amazing view. The spa area including a small warm pool and two saunas is also nice. Even though one sauna did not work during our stay. The room is fine and wifi worked well. Breakfast was all right.

Right in front of Punta Carretas Mall, Regency Golf - Hotel Urbano offers self-catering rooms with a plasma TV and free WiFi access. The property features a restaurant and a gym. The staff was very friendly amd helpful, the rooms were clean and the bed was really comfortable. The room I stayed was spacious and had a good view of the neighborhood and the river. The location was good, surrounded by cafes, restaurants and a shopping mall. It is a bit far from the old city but it is a safe and beautiful neighborhood and it was easy to go around. The breakfast was OK, too.
