Right in front of Punta Carretas Mall, Regency Golf - Hotel Urbano offers self-catering rooms with a plasma TV and free WiFi access. The property features a restaurant and a gym. I really enjoyed the location (Punta Carretas), it's not close to the old downtown but it's a really good neighbourhood and the Hotel Staff are really good and they offer some good meals with discount there. I enjoyed my stay there and I recommend it.

The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and equipped with quiet air conditioning and a fridge. The bathroom is a good size, with excellent hot water and strong water pressure. The 24/7 reception is staffed by friendly and helpful team members, day and night. Breakfast is enjoyable, though it could use more fresh fruit options. The gym is clean and well-maintained, but it would benefit from having a decent set of dumbbells. Additionally, the hotel is within walking distance of numerous restaurants and grocery stores. Overall, I had a great stay and would happily return!

Das Mall Puntas Arenas (Hintereingang Parkhaus) ist ca. 600 m entfernt. Das Hotel ist ein Eckhaus, so das man nur einen seitlichen Blick auf das Meer hatte. Wir hatten das letzte Zimmer in der Seitenstrasse, so das unser Blick eingeschränkt war. Das Hotel bietet Leihräder / auch eBikes. War bei uns noch kostenfrei, soll sonst 5$ pro Tag kosten ohne e. Zahlung nur über Kreditkarte! Hier wird die Mehrwertsteuer gleich rausgerechnet. Man zahlt in Restaurants und in den Geschäften steuerfrei! Gutes WLAN … um die 80 Mbps download.

We had to leave early in the morning so we couldn't enjoy our included breakfast. Overall, our stay was pleasent. The staff that helped us during our check in was friendly and kind, same as the staff that helped us during our check out. Location-wise, it was perfect, we walked to the restaurantes around the area and we felt safe. Room-wise, everything was perfect, we had been traveling for a month and Own Hotel was the first hotel that gave us enough shampoo and conditioner for both of us. The shower was clean, and the bed was very comfortable.
