She had a great sense of humor, was warm, attentive and gracious. The location of the hotel was good. The Plaza de Armas was a few blocks away. I stayed 1 night, and it was comfortable enough. Breakfast was good as well.

The hotel and room were spotlessly clean every day. There were extra pillows, blankets and a fridge in the room. The accommodation was nicely decorated and the staff were extremely helpful.

• Featuring an indoor swimming pool and a fitness centre, Holiday Inn offers stylish rooms with cable TV and breakfast, only 500 metres from Montevideo City Hall. Tres Cruces Bus terminal is 2 km... Location in Montevideo could not be bettered. The room was large with a very comfortable bed, strong shower, well equipped with large TV (with lots of international channels), coffee making equipment and a fridge. Very modern and clean room. I stay in so many hotels and I was very impressed. Staff were very professional, pleasant and accommodating.
