This lovely hotel is literally near everything! It's pretty close to one of the main avenues in Montevideo (18 de Julio), a very short walk from the historic Facal Cafe and some other wonderful places like Plaza Independencia and Ciudad Vieja. The rooms are quite spacious, and the kitchen was incredibly convenient, with everything we needed for a quick coffee or even a nice homemade dinner. The internet is super fast, and we were able to work without any interruptions. Even though its so close to a main avenue and in the heart of the city, the room had great noise isolation, and we had great, quiet nights of sleep in there. The staff deserve a special thank you and lots of praise. Juan, Leandro and Paulo were absolutely amazing during our whole stay. (And huge, huge shout out to Paulo for helping us so much with everything, from bakery recommendations to information for longer stays, always with a smile on his face!) We are already planning our next trip for November and we are certainly staying there again❤️

Boasting a restaurant and a fitness centre, Crystal Tower offers comfortable rooms with free WiFi access in Montevideo. The hotel is 20 metres from 18 de Julio Avenue. Great location, near the central squares and the Old Town. Very pleasant hotel with nice staff, with an excellent grasp of English surpassing our limited Spanish. The city itself is a joy and the hotel added to the experience. It was very clean and welcoming.

Located in downtown Montevideo, Smart Hotel Montevideo offers sophisticated rooms with a chic décor. The property features an on site restaurant and free WiFi access. This hotel has a lot of good things, it's rooms, food an Location is amazing.

Located 100 metres from Montevideo city centre and the metro station, Hotel Klee offers free Wi-Fi and buffet breakfast. The main square is 200 metres away. The receptionist was incredible! She had a great sense of humor, was warm, attentive and gracious. The location of the hotel was good. The Plaza de Armas was a few blocks away. I stayed 1 night, and it was comfortable enough. Breakfast was good as well.

Boasting an indoor swimming pool, this hotel offers a rooftop terrace with views of Montevideo just a 20-minute walk from Pocitos Beach. Massage sessions can be booked. Almost everything. The staff was helpful and nice. The cleaning service was perfect. Breakfast with all that you need (I missed the bacon :)) People in the breakfast room were very nice also. Small adjustments are needed but all in all it was the best place we stayed in Montevideo.

Just 2 blocks from Montevideo’s popular Entrevero Square, the London Palace has elegant accommodation with free Wi-Fi. Montevideo’s picturesque old city circuit is 13 blocks away. Everything was in order, the personel was nice.

In the heart of downtown Montevideo, 1 block from the buzz of 18 de Julio Avenue, Oxford Hotel boasts an ample lobby with stylish furniture and marble floors. Wi-Fi is free. I didn't spend much time in the hotel. I got there late and left early.

Location in Montevideo could not be bettered. The room was large with a very comfortable bed, strong shower, well equipped with large TV (with lots of international channels), coffee making equipment and a fridge. Very modern and clean room. I stay in so many hotels and I was very impressed. Staff were very professional, pleasant and accommodating.

Located on the heart of the city, facing Independencia Square, Radisson Montevideo Victoria Plaza offers stunning views of Harbor Bay. Very comfortable accomodation, nice pool and good breakfast. Very nice staff. Recommended.
