This unique rock n’ roll hotel is located in San Francisco’s Tenderloin District and is 10 minutes’ walk from the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium. We were Immediately welcomed by Orlando who was the best! So friendly and accommodating. Great parking option, with good surveillance for a small fee. With In walking distance of the Bill Graham venue. Courtyard, pool area very cute- comfy lounge vibes. Room was very clean, with comfy beds! Easy entry for guests and yummy complimentary treats in the lobby. Staff was extremely personable, gave great recommendations of the area and made our stay so pleasant! Would definitely stay again! Above and beyond customer service :)

Located just 6 minutes’ walk from Civic Center Plaza, Hotel EPIK offers accommodations in Downtown San Francisco. All rooms at this hotel offer free WiFi. Upon arriving, the room was a lot smaller than expected and there were 2 of us however the receptionist was incredibly helpful and immediately moved us to a much bigger room on the same floor. The staff were super friendly and welcoming and always helped us whenever we had a query
