The staff were SUPER accomodating and the location was absolutely perfect. Super safe and close to everything we needed. The room was AMAZING! Located close to the bay and with the muni tram stop outside, this was a great base from which to explore the city. The rooms are clean, modern and very comfortable and the rooftop bar a great place to watch the sun setting over the city skyline, marina and Oracle stadium. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful with a useful kiosk at reception to buy drinks and snacks. I left my iPad in the room and it was safely retrieved and kept for me to pick up 3 weeks later on my return to the airport. Thank you
