The guys that are working by the door are great, they are very helpful and friendly. The staff by the reception were good. The room was great. The bathroom was big. The room was cleaned daily.

This boutique Manhattan hotel is located in the Theater District and steps from Times Square. The hotel offers a daily continental breakfast, free Wi-Fi and 24-hour access to refreshments. What a find. So close to everything! But quiet as a mouse when we were in our room. The lovely ladies in the breakfast area were exceptional. Friendly, helpful, and efficient. Having this lovely space available for the whole day added so much pleasure to our stay. The gentlemen at reception were all so helpful and efficient. We will be back to stay at this Gem !
