It was great, except the waiting time of the elevator is pretty long. The time I arrived, the staffs were also at the same time collecting trash for each floor, which made the wait longer. It took me approximately 10 minutes to get to my room after checked in. But overall, the property was awesome!

When I asked for a room on a higher floor, Julio managed this, and having given me the wrong key when I got to the room I suddenly saw him bringing me the right key. Exceptional service.

Loved our stay at The Moore! Perfect for a couple of days in NYC. The staff were amazing and super efficient. The in-built cafe is such a great idea. The coffee was great and there were fresh pastries available every morning. The rooms are small but exactly what I’d expect for NYC.
