I came back to The Lenox because I had a fantastic experience when I stayed there in 2019. The experience is unchanged: it's a beautiful place, super location, but most importantly: a fantastic team. I don't know how they do it: every staff member you meet is genuinely interested, friendly and helpful. A super dedicated team that is trying their utmost to make you feel at home.

The staff, the breakfast on the terrace, our diner in the Portuguese restaurant, coctails at the Long Bar. The concierge was great as well, in service and communiation by whatsapp. When we left we were asked what could be improved and we could not come up with one single thing. Excellent.

My room was upgraded to Queen free of charge, the view was absolutely mesmerizing, the room was clean and very very nice. I’m really happy with this hotel and will definitely be coming back!

This historic Back Bay district hotel is located in the former headquarters of the Boston Police Department. Free Wi-Fi is provided throughout the hotel and an on-site grill is available. very clean, very fast, everything we wanted for a night in Boston!! the staff is really nice too!
