I came back to The Lenox because I had a fantastic experience when I stayed there in 2019. The experience is unchanged: it's a beautiful place, super location, but most importantly: a fantastic team. I don't know how they do it: every staff member you meet is genuinely interested, friendly and helpful. A super dedicated team that is trying their utmost to make you feel at home.

This boutique hotel is located in a historic building in Boston's Back Bay neighborhood at Copley Square. Best location, best staff, best everything! My room was upgraded to Queen free of charge, the view was absolutely mesmerizing, the room was clean and very very nice. I’m really happy with this hotel and will definitely be coming back!

This historic Back Bay district hotel is located in the former headquarters of the Boston Police Department. Free Wi-Fi is provided throughout the hotel and an on-site grill is available. The complimentary coffee was very good. The location was superb. We could enjoy our walk around the city.
