All hotel staff had a 5-star attitude and were all super attentive; particularly Ufuk & Musab! Spectacular breakfast with a dreamy view— whatever you do, make sure you don’t miss the breakfast!

Fabulous view over the Bosporus from our room. Fantastic breakfast and the staff are exceptionally helpful. Osman the cat is a wonderful ambassador and even escorted me to my room! (Didn’t come in though).

Everything was perfect, the room was very clean, spacious and comfortable . Salim was the best he arranged everything for us and helped out in anything we wanted.

I’ve booked this hotel for my non-English speaking parents twice already, and each time they had an amazing experience. The hotel is clean, cozy, and the staff is exceptionally helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure guests have a comfortable stay. On both occasions, my parents received a room upgrade, early check-in, assistance with arranging taxis (they used the taxi service via Booking.com, and the staff helped them connect with the driver), and other thoughtful services that made them feel truly at home. I’d especially like to thank Emrah, the hotel manager, for his responsiveness and outstanding attitude. We’ll definitely choose this hotel again in the future!

The area with Mosques and the more modern Taksim. Moreover walkgin distance you have nice restaruants and a good Jazz club. The staff is friendly and helpful Clean room and fantastic "rain shower".
