Fabulous view over the Bosporus from our room. Fantastic breakfast and the staff are exceptionally helpful. Osman the cat is a wonderful ambassador and even escorted me to my room! I’ve booked this hotel for my non-English speaking parents twice already, and each time they had an amazing experience. The hotel is clean, cozy, and the staff is exceptionally helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure guests have a comfortable stay. On both occasions, my parents received a room upgrade, early check-in, assistance with arranging taxis (they used the taxi service via Booking.com, and the staff helped them connect with the driver), and other thoughtful services that made them feel truly at home. I’d especially like to thank Emrah, the hotel manager, for his responsiveness and outstanding attitude. We’ll definitely choose this hotel again in the future!
