The hotel is clean, cozy, and the staff is exceptionally helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure guests have a comfortable stay. On both occasions, my parents received a room upgrade, early check-in, assistance with arranging taxis (they used the taxi service via Booking.com, and the staff helped them connect with the driver), and other thoughtful services that made them feel truly at home. I’d especially like to thank Emrah, the hotel manager, for his responsiveness and outstanding attitude. We’ll definitely choose this hotel again in the future!
