They are making this hotel really highest category. So helpfully and knowlable. Onur provided our organisation's and restaurant also Salih give us all directions in Istanbul. They made easier our stay definetly. We will come back sure this hotel one more time. A bell boy who is young has given me his Istanbul card if I am not remembering his name wrong he was Mr Enes. All was great, especially personnel who helped right away if we had any issues. We had a small issue with the room that we booked but the team was so great that they offered us a bigger room for no extra fee the moment we approached. Everyone is friendly. Rooms are comfy, breakfast has more than a classic turkish breakfast can offer. Location was great as well, most sightseeings are within a walking distance. All in all great price value.
