The hotel is in a great location, city center, with lots of cafe, bar and restaurants. The neighborhood has a vibrant vibe with many shops. The hotel itself is sparkly clean. You will feel super comfortable with all the amenities provided in the room. The staff are AMAZING and very professional especially Engin. I showed up in the hotel with 2 guests, as their flight was canceled and had to stay over night. Engin was very genuine and allowed them to stay in my suite free of charge. Which was a bonus to me. I have stayed in this hotel in 2021 and 2022 and every time it feels like you are the first person using the room. The smell, the cleanings, the sheets are all very refreshing. The rooms are big and spacious. I have booked multiple rooms throughout the years and all of the rooms are uniquely designed. I highly recommend this hotel for families and young people who likes to have a great time and experience in the city. The staff help you arrange taxi and hotel transportation.

We stayed in a beautiful, authentic Ottoman era style room, which was very clean and located two minutes walk from Ortaköy camii, you can’t ask for a more convenient location. The manager and the people working there were one of the nicest I ever seen. From now on, I won’t just look for a room, I will see if the place is run by honest and helpful people like them. That makes the real difference. Thank you for making our stay unforgettable.

Located within 1.8 km of Dolmabahce Palace and 1.4 km of Dolmabahce Clock Tower, Gaia İstanbul features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Istanbul. Everything was amazing. Location was perfect! Outside can be noisy but as soon as you step into the property it feels like your in serenity. I can not fault this hotel at all. It is one of the best hotels I have stayed in in Istanbul.
