The staff was the best staff i’ve ever encountered in my many stays at 5 star hotels. They were absolutely amazing and kind, very helpful, Merler,moustafa, hamea, hazer and the very kind man at the front desk with the green eyes. They helped us find taxis, good restaurants, just helpful all around. I felt very safe in the hotel and comfortable and so did my friends. A fantastic experience and would go again to this hotel.

Entièrement rénové en 2022, le Bentley Hotel Bosphorus - Special Class a réouvert ses portes et affiche un style magnifique. Location was perfect. Rooms were good. We enjoyed a lot. Breakfast was delicious too much variety. Thanks to Zoha Hilal Hilmi for their exceptional service.

From the day I arrived until my last night the service it was very good, and I need to say a special thank you to Nermin because she made my experience in Istanbul a lot better and it was always offering help to everything I need . I highly recommend this place, and for sure sends in 3 months I will need to come back to Istanbul this will be the place I will stay again.
