Situated in Istanbul and within 3 km of Dolmabahce Palace, Çırağan's Omnia Hotel has a shared lounge, non-smoking rooms, and free WiFi throughout the property. If I were able to rate it 100 I would. It was exceptional, the hotel is small but it is really beautiful and aesthetic. The staff is extremely helpful and really kind. The location is perfect as it touches the Ortaköy Sahil from where you can see the beach and the famous bridge. Overall an amazing experience.

I used to go to Istanbul many times each year .. and this year I choose Mandarin Oriental Bosphor hotel to have a different experience by having a Bosphor view in the room .. when I reach the hotel unfortunately my room doesn’t have any view to the Bosphor although I book the room with Bosphor view 😢.. but “ Gem bey “ and “ yağmur hanim “ at the reception try their best to give us a better room with Bosphor view and they did 👍👌💕.. it was an amazing room with stunning view 😍❤️.. Also many thanks to “ Doğukan Bey “🙏❤️ and “ Deneiz Bey “ 🙏 ❤️they help us a lot through our stay by giving us a late check out and helping us to find a big taxi to take us to the airport and also giving us a beautiful and unique souvenir From the hotel 🤝💕💕 At all .. my stay at Mandarin Oriental Bosphor hotel was amazing & exceptional .. The hotel gave me the rest and relaxation I needed .. it was my first visit to the hotel but definitely it won’t be the last ❤️

We stayed in a beautiful, authentic Ottoman era style room, which was very clean and located two minutes walk from Ortaköy camii, you can’t ask for a more convenient location. The manager and the people working there were one of the nicest I ever seen. From now on, I won’t just look for a room, I will see if the place is run by honest and helpful people like them. What made my stay truly remarkable, however, was the hotel's exceptional staff. I had the privilege of being attended to by Regie, the guest experience agent, whose professionalism and dedication were unparalleled. Her prompt responsiveness via text was a real convenience, freeing me from having to call the reception each time I needed assistance. This personalized care, even when I was away from the hotel, left me feeling valued and well looked after. A special mention goes to Kader, a delightful greeter at the hotel's outdoor restaurant. Her friendly and caring demeanor made dining at the restaurant an absolute joy. Kader's attentive service brought a whole new level of excellence to my experience, reinforcing the sense of warmth and hospitality that the hotel exudes. Thanks to Regie, Kader, and the rest of the hotel staff, my visit was transformed into a journey of exquisite service and hospitality.
