Our stay at Wanda Vista was phenomenal. We truly enjoyed our experience; the staff were delightful and always happy to accommodate our requests. We had a slight issue with the heating that was resolved quickly and to our benefit. Our child loved the kids' club, it was such a useful feature to have and we spent plenty of time there. The cleaning staff and their supervisor did a great job. The hotel itself is beautiful, and close to 212 Outlet Mall and The Mall of Istanbul. The hotel restaurant as well as the Chinese restaurant on-site served good food, and the room service facility was very useful. We would definitely stay here again if we ever travel to Istanbul in future. I would like to thank all the staff for being so lovely to us and our child. In particular I would like to thank Semih (such a beautiful person who always has a smile on his face!), Hakan, Yigit, Azad and Tolkun. I would also like to show gratitude to Mr. Franco, who treated us with such warmth and whom I was sad not to be able to say goodbye to prior to our departure. The breakfast was varius and delicious. The personnel was kind and helpful (thank you, Sukru, Kendal and Bahhatin). The room has a wonderful view over a highway, it was nice to watch the change in the traffic upon different hours of the day/night, no buildings in front, awesome sunrise.
