Featuring a restaurant, bar and views of city, VESS Hotel & SPA is located in Istanbul, 16 km from Halic Congress Center. Location was good, staff were extra nice and helpful. Food was nice and the treatment and all smiling faces, makes you wonder if such decent and hospitable people are still existing.
