I was taken for a walk around by couple of team members (Reem & Iman) to show me, with pride, the various corners of the Palace. You know it is way better in reality than in pics. Thank you to Reem for her excellent introduction to the property. Also, I appreciate Iman for the courtesy and lovely check in experience, and choices provided to me. I will always remember the wittiness of Rajaa, and her cheeky way to make me smile. Thank you to Uncle Khalifa for his care in giving me directions around the Medina. Finally, thank you to the Haytham who carried my luggage and took some pics for me, and Hamdy for sorting the hot water issue in a minute!

The location in the medina is great, close to everything. The house is lovely and comes with a generous breakfast and afternoon tea if you wish. Ahmed was a very helpful and charming host. I highly recommend it, although there is neither a patio or courtyard!

I can only recommend it. The hotel is located in the heart of Medina. This is a unique old house built in a typical Tunisian style. The greatest value of the hotel is the staff. They always helped and advised in everything. After two days, I returned to the hotel again and did not regret anything at all. Thank you very much for everything.
