He makes a wonderful filled pastry called brik. They have a cool terrace on the roof which is not to be missed.

Room is clean and comfortable. AC , hot water shower , quiet room . Can rest at roof top terrace and good view . The staff are friendly. 5 TND for breakfast.

Dar Ben Gacem was an incredibly lovely stay and a highlight of my trip in Tunis. It’s so beautifully decorated and curated, being there feels like visiting a landmark. I just wanted to spend more time there to soak it all in! The room was comfortable and spacious, and breakfast each morning was a delightful treat. Service was impeccable, everyone was incredibly kind and we had some insightful chats. I can’t wait to visit again!
