Everything was perfect! The staff was the super friendly and attentive. They trully went above and beyond to make our stay super special. The room was amazing, great amenities and the food was exceptional (specially the included buffet breakfast). We had to leave really early to the airport and they were kind enough to give us a box lunch (I've never been to a hotel with that kind of attention).

Thai Akara - Lanna Boutique Hotel terletak di Bandar Lama Chiang Mai, 400 meter dari Monumen Three Kings dan Pusat Seni & Kebudayaan Bandar. Gorgeously designed hotel. Pool was cute with a beautiful zen garden. The breakfast was good. Room was spacious.

They never say no and go beyond the needs of the customers. Room was very? spacious. Not all hotel rooms allow to keep your mountain bike inside the room, but this hotel does without any hesitations. You'll usually get what you request. Daily top-ups of mineral water, toilet rolls and exchange of towels. Cafe was right below with a daily breakfast of THB200 which includes, breads, eggs, meats, juices, hot beverages. You can have the options to eat outside or inside (aircon). Swimming Pool is available for guests at Level 3. They also have a booth that offers tour packages within the hotel premises. Smoking area is just round the corner beside the carpark entrance. Affordable Massage Parlours, 7-Eleven Stores, Bars, Laundromats, Cafes are all just a walking distances. For halal option, there's a Turkish Anatolia Old Town Cafe & Restaurant which is just 6 minutes walk from the hotel. A good place for all mountain bikers to stay for a few nights.

Nice cold water swimming pool is a big bonus. The location is superb.

The staff is just amazing, they help you with everything and there’s free coffe, water and fruits 24/7 which we really appreciated. We didn’t know what to do so they gave us a spreadsheet with all kinds of activities we could do in and around Chiang Mai. The Hotel is super new and there for very modern and clean.

One of the best hotel I have ever lived in! Friendly staff and incredible service! Although we didn't book the premium room we still enjoy the stay so much. The location is also great (within 5 min to the Tha Phae gate).
