Every aspect was flawless – from the staff, breakfast, and location to the hotel's design, decor, and ambiance. We would rate it 200 out of 100! It may sound like an exaggeration, but they truly surpassed our expectations. The hospitality, warm smiles, and cozy, authentic, and relaxing atmosphere were exceptional. We will definitely return again. Oh, and It's conveniently close to tourist spots, massage shops, and Front of a fantastic restaurant with delightful decoration and a fantastic ambiance. Perfect place to stay in a central location to explore the town - everything is easy to walk to, the hotel & rooms are new & clean exactly like the pictures. It has a very cosy boutique hotel feel. The staff are very helpful, there is a free shuttle you can request to drop you off to places in the old town, we were given generous drink vouchers to use for our stay. There is a small restaurant onsite and the food there is excellent. There was a problem with the water one morning but we called reception and it was fixed within 5 minutes (note the water is not too hot but this isn't really a big deal in the heat). We really enjoyed our trip to Chiang Mai and our stay in this hotel.

Situated conveniently in Chiang Mai, Nine Hotel Chiangmai offers air-conditioned rooms, free bikes, free WiFi and an outdoor swimming pool. We had 2 very comfortable rooms, with comfortable beds, excellent airconditioner. Free mineral water every day. There was a playroom sutible for all ages including aduils and we loved spending time there. The staff was very kind. we used the free bicycles and umbrellas. We did not use the swimming pool but it was beutiful. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
