The staff was the super friendly and attentive. They trully went above and beyond to make our stay super special. The room was amazing, great amenities and the food was exceptional (specially the included buffet breakfast). We had to leave really early to the airport and they were kind enough to give us a box lunch (I've never been to a hotel with that kind of attention).

Everything was great. Super comfortable and clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast. I recommend it at 100%!

Amazing location in the center of old town Chiang Mai. The staff embodies Thai hospitality to perfection, helpful and always smiling. Clean, modern big rooms, comfy bed, and AC and shower/thermostat worked perfecly. There is also an information desk to book tours and activities. 10/10.

A wonderful ambience, every detail is thought out to the smallest detail, everything smells and is clean, the breakfasts are endlessly good, with plenty of fresh fruit and ambient music in the background, and the staff is extremely friendly and attentive.The terrace is beautiful, with lots of greenery and a mini pond. Great for relaxing after a day of research. I want to come back, someday.

Conveniently situated in the centre of Chiang Mai, นายก่ายหมอน Nine-Kai-Mon provides air-conditioned rooms, a garden, free WiFi and a restaurant. Perfect. Everything you could need. The owners are so lovely and kind. Everything is spotless and new. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast lovely.The surroundings are perfect. Nice walk to the main drag (15) mins. Close to 7/11. fridge iron tv hairdryer. Kettle available on the reception. Have to mention my fish friend in the reception. What a fish 🥰

We had 2 very comfortable rooms, with comfortable beds, excellent airconditioner. Free mineral water every day. There was a playroom sutible for all ages including aduils and we loved spending time there. The staff was very kind. we used the free bicycles and umbrellas. We did not use the swimming pool but it was beutiful. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Everything and plus I arrived very early and would have to wait many hours for check in and as my room was already clean they kindly offered me I could occupy it. Isn't that incredible? These gestures make all the difference, in addition to being very clean, well decorated and well located. The only thing I would improve would be the breakfast which I found weak but I would still stay there again.
