When we arrived our bags were taken immediately from us and taken into the lobby. Check in was very smooth and the people at check in were very kind. The room itself was very spacious and modern. The bathroom was very nice in particular. The swimming pool and the general pool area is very cool. The staff around the pool are very attentive and clean towels away as soon as someone leaves. The restaurant at the pool is also good for lunch time and the staff are excellent. The breakfast buffet is as good as I have seen. There are options to suit everyone and the area is very clean and luxurious. Overall, the hotel is very modern and very luxurious and is outstanding value for money. It is truly a 5 star experience and one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. In particular, the staff make the experience 5 star and greet you very warmly and are always eager to help and make sure your stay is enjoyable. Mok was particularly kind and helpful to my friends and I. There is also a golf cart which takes you to the nearby mall which is less than a 5 minute walk.

It was a beautiful hotel, The room was clean and had all the amenities. There were many shops and a cafe downstairs. The location was also great. The staff was welcoming and helpful. I loved the plants, cats and the vibes of this place.

It's my second time at ordinary and I must say I'm never disappointed, the staff are one of the most welcoming people I've met across my travels, Tee the porter always ready to help . The facility is top notch and its in a prime location which makes all transport facilities easily accessible. I love the place and will definitely go back when I'm in Thailand again . I don't usually go for hostels and the like, but this one was really amazing. They have a big territory with plenty of plants, trees, desks with chairs for work, sofas for relaxing and reading a book, lots of little sculptures everywhere — pure joy for your eyes and soul. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There're a lot of places to eat nearby, a walk to major malls takes about 25 minutes (or 8 minutes on a bike).
