Amazing staff specially at the huge breakfast room. But then again, everything is huge in this 2 tower Hotel. But even by beeing so big, you do not have the feeling you are in an unpersonal Tourist Factory as staff is really well trained, friendly and sweet. Fitness is also one of the best I had in Bangkok.

The apartment was to die for, the staff were amazing and the three hotel restaurants were delicious!

They went out of their way to show us both the rooms in the main tower and in the north tower. Both towers are equally excellent. They gave us the option of late check out as well. Cleaning staff were very accommodating and gave us additional water in the room during our short stay. The mini kiddie play area was a bonus. Breakfast was really good. Room size is huge compared to other hotels. The location was fantastic.

I would not recommend booking this place if you have a super early / super late flight in case you can’t find it. However, this place is completely worth any effort to find it. It’s so utterly beautiful and a true hidden gem.

The bed was so comfortable felt like sleeping on a cloud! The staff were super nice. The location is great since its really close to the BTS and train to the airport so super convenient. Breakfast was pretty good and they make eggs/waffles/pancake on the spot for you.
