First and foremost, the staff were very professional and helpful. We had an issue with the room and were accommodated with a better room. The international buffet was well presented and had everything you could imagine. The Japanese breakfast setting was very nice as well. The gym and pool areas were decent. The divided elevators from ground to lobby and different elevators from lobby to upper rooms and gym were delightful with little time to wait for either need.

Conveniently set in the center of Bangkok, Rosewood Bangkok provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, free private parking and room service. Everything was excellent from the pick up at the airport, the check-in, the staff, the facilities, the breakfast to the check out. In total we stayed 8 nights and loved every minute of it. I just want to stress again how incredible the staff were - great customer service is no longer guaranteed everywhere in Bangkok and the tram here was incredible.

Hotel Icon Bangkok is 984 feet from Ploenchit BTS Skytrain Station. It offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi in all areas. Nice room, it's big and nice hot water. The food on their menu was very good. It's cheap but tasted good. The waiter there was very pleasant and fun to chat with.
