First and foremost, the staff were very professional and helpful. We had an issue with the room and were accommodated with a better room. The international buffet was well presented and had everything you could imagine. The Japanese breakfast setting was very nice as well. The gym and pool areas were decent. The divided elevators from ground to lobby and different elevators from lobby to upper rooms and gym were delightful with little time to wait for either need.

The luxurious Eastin Grand Hotel Sathorn is connected to Surasak BTS Skytrain Station via the hotel's own Sky Bridge. The hotel features an outdoor infinity-edge pool. Taste and various breakfast, nice room very comfortable,plus they give us extra bed for our daughter for free (rare option for free! I give them huge plus in karma). Infinity Pool has fantastic view ,especially in the evening,that's why it could be overcrowded due to the large number of people willing to take insta photos ,huge plus for the hotel,but minus for those who like swimming. You also could have dinner in a pool zone and drinks.

Conveniently set in the center of Bangkok, Rosewood Bangkok provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, free private parking and room service. Everything was excellent from the pick up at the airport, the check-in, the staff, the facilities, the breakfast to the check out. In total we stayed 8 nights and loved every minute of it. I just want to stress again how incredible the staff were - great customer service is no longer guaranteed everywhere in Bangkok and the tram here was incredible.
