We were impressed with the humongous-sized bed in our room. Kids had so much room to roam and run around and play with each other. Also, we liked their pool facility which was shallow so kids could use it without us worrying about them or being with them in the pool. Their staff were very helpful in connecting us to food delivery service and also arranging transport to go for sightseeing. Another aspect I liked was that the number of guests staying on the property was ideal and didn't feel like it was crowded especially for breakfast, pool, etc. were comfortably accessible with ample space and time. Overall, the staff, facilities, layout, amenities in the room, etc. were all great, and would definitely stay again.

Hotel Icon Bangkok se nahaja 300 m od postaje nadzemne železnice Ploenchit BTS. We were more than happy with Hotel Icon. Everything was perfect for us. The staff were amazing and very friendly. Very quiet location, lovely pool, great breakfast, room was spotless and bright. Quick check in and out. They stored some of our luggage for a week until we returned to the hotel. The tour operator in the lobby arranged car transportation for some of our travels. Clean high-end cars! We would absolutely recommend Hotel Icon. We will definitely stay again next year. Comfortably furnished, elegant rooms at JW Marriott Hotel Bangkok, a Marriott Luxury & Lifestyle Hotel, feature a flat-screen TV and soundproof walls. The location is perfect in the middle of everything, near from the most important malls in city and easy to access to them by walk or train or taxi also near from the Arabic restaurants and the staff are friendly and nice and helpful.
