Let me say this: Don’t waste time reading this review. Go ahead and book your stay at DusitD2 Samyan Bangkok. You won’t regret it! We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast service had many choices to choose from and was reasonably priced. Similarly, lunch offerings were of good quality. The hotel was brand new and everything was functioning properly. Though the pool area felt a bit cramped, the well-equipped gym with dashing views made up for it. Overall, it was a great value for money. I can’t recommend this hotel enough.

The Standard definitely have a standard, and it is true luxury and a premium experience. The view from our room (room 1204 if you get a chance to pre-book) was something truly out of this world, opening the curtains in the morning was such a delight. The artwork is amazing, the amenities of the hotel including the steam is well thought out (we had a flight in the evening, and were able to use the facilities before we headed to the airport) and as a remote worker, having a lounge nook in the room was so ideal. Great value for money, and if you get a chance, defintely visit the restaurant in the lobby and visit the 78th floor of the building. Will definitely be back!

The Quarter Silom by UHG - SHA PLUS Certified in Bangkok features a restaurant, outdoor bars, an outdoor swimming pool and wellness faciltiies. This is a FANTASTIC hotel right in the middle of the LGBT district (Silom) in Bangkok. You can walk to the MRT or to the BTS, there's grocery stores nearby, and most importantly there is an AMAZING buffet of awesome gay-friendly night life just a few streets down from the hotel. If you want to get some massages, there's some pretty good places literally next door as well.
