Breakfast is delicious, home-cooked, an experience on its own! We stayed here one night and will definitely stay here again!

Packed full with recreational activities, Sivalai Place offers spacious air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs. The staff are so helpful and the manager even baked muffins ! The 25M swimming was a huge bonus and all in all I could not fault the Hotel.

Nothing about this stay was good. We booked 2 nights, stayed 1 only as the room was disgusting. It was filthy, the plug sockets were held on the wall with celotape, there's was no pillow or duvet covers, and when we asked for some they said they don't have any !?! It was ant infested, the walls were crumbling to bits and the 'city view' was a brick wall of the building next door. When we opened the fridge it smelt as ifba dead rat had been stuck on there for a year! Mud/poo smeared on the AC system

Both Oak and his father were exceptionally wonderful hosts. The property was very close to Wat Arun and river Chao phraya making our stay reasonably priced due to ferry rides to n fro the other side... talking of the property itself...everything was squeaky clean the room, bathroom, kitchen. I Highly recommended this place to all my friends travelling to Bangkok.

This property was the most elegant, Homie, welcoming, luxurious, and beautiful experience. Everywhere you look is something special and captivating. The homeowners took great care, and being thoughtful and specific about every little detail Property is quaint and small, but has a surprise around every turn. I would visit Bangkok just to stay in this location.

The staff was smiley and helpful, she spoke only Thai, but there were sings explaining everything I might've not get in English. The room was clean, with free "mini bar" that we didn't use, but was very nice. The bed was comfortable The room was nicely designed, with places to put our luggage and clothes, desk, and everything you might need for longer stay.
