Beautiful small-scale family-run hotel in Thonburi. The location is perfect, with plenty of cultural attractions within walking distance and a conveniently located MTS station right next door for longer journeys. Our stay was truly enhanced by Noom, who is a born host. Her hospitality made us feel right at home. The breakfast was a highlight of our mornings, featuring delicious local foods that we loved discovering each day. Our room was spacious and impeccably clean. My tall partner especially appreciated that the bed and shower were perfectly suited for his height. The hotel's green garden is stunning and adds a peaceful touch to the ambiance. The design of both the hotel and the rooms pays beautiful homage to the local culture and origins, making our stay both comfortable and culturally enriching. We absolutely loved our stay here and would highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting Bangkok!

Will stay here again if I visit Bangkok next time.

We booked 2 nights, stayed 1 only as the room was disgusting. It was filthy, the plug sockets were held on the wall with celotape, there's was no pillow or duvet covers, and when we asked for some they said they don't have any !?! It was ant infested, the walls were crumbling to bits and the 'city view' was a brick wall of the building next door. When we opened the fridge it smelt as ifba dead rat had been stuck on there for a year! Mud/poo smeared on the AC system

We stayed 14-16 March’24 and have since forgotten the owner’s name - 1000apologies 🙏🏼😞 But she and her mum are just wonderful! Above and beyond helpful of how to get to and into the property - in every detail pictured and verbally, places to eat/drink and sight see. Close to the MRT so easy to zip about further if needed. The view from corridor to Wat Arun is spectacular and so too is the rooftop view! 🤩 Space to have a relaxed seat up there also. Great location for us as we had seen everything in the Old Town on an earlier visit to Bangkok. Near to a lovely place on the canal where we shared food and drinks - cooked by an 81 year old lady 😊 with some local ladies enjoying their afternoon catch up. Great experience! There are boat tours from here too - which we didn’t take on this occasion but worth a mention so you know which cafe/restaurant it is.

Oferecendo vista do jardim, o OB ARUN House é uma acomodação situada em Bangkok, a 400 metros do templo Wat Arun e a 3,6 km do templo Wat Pho. Eu adorei a localização, o bairro aonde está é muito bom, com muitas atrações, restaurante, cafés, lojas de conveniência tudo próximo. O quarto está bem limpo, ótima cama e travesseiro, trocaram toalhas e roupas de camas todos os dias, deram uma garrafa de água pra casa hóspede por dia, A limpeza era feita diariamente, e muito bem feita. O ar condicionado funciona bem, chuveiro e banheiro muito bom e espaçoso. Os proprietários foram muito solícitos e nos ajudaram em tudo que a gente precisou, dando dicas de passeios, ajudaram a contratar um carro para nos levar aí aeroporto, ajudaram a lavar a roupa na lavanderia. Check in e check out muito rápido e eficiente. E os proprietários são muito simpáticos. No andar térreo tinha sempre água quente pra fazer café, chá, tinha miojo e arroz instantâneo, assim como bolachas, cereais matinais, água , gelo, talheres, copos e tudo que precisa de utensílios. Toda manhã tem a corneta da base naval mas com o passar dia dias nem te acorda mais.

Dispondo de jardim e vista da cidade, o neil niwas é uma hospedagem domiciliar situada em um edifício histórico em Bangkok, a 1 km do templo Wat Arun. The manager was really nice and gave us a very detailed tour around the historical estate, which was located in a quiet part of town and very tranquil itself. They are also very eco-conscious about their products and toiletries. The dessert served upon our arrival was so amazing with great quality that the manager ended up helping us to buy more for us to take home and to share with our friends. The breakfast was not included but definitely worth the price. We’re sad that we didn’t get to do the boat tour that passes right next by the property but we for sure will return!

The staff was smiley and helpful, she spoke only Thai, but there were sings explaining everything I might've not get in English. The room was clean, with free "mini bar" that we didn't use, but was very nice. The bed was comfortable The room was nicely designed, with places to put our luggage and clothes, desk, and everything you might need for longer stay.
