The position is very near to the Haram mosque gate 88.The bed was very comfortable .The breakfast was delicious and plenty of variety. The room was clean, Mr. Hassan cleaned very well our room no. 3935. The reception staff are very helpful , kind and professional specially Mr. Mohasen Al Omery . We had a problem with our reservation through booking website as the children were not mentioned in our booking confirmation .The hotel sent us a complimentary fruits, sweets and coffee . The speakers in the room let us follow and pray in the room if you can't go to Haram mosque .That is a very good option for elderly or who can't go. The fast checkout service from the room was simply very good and fast .
